Today I want to write something about my favorite fruit. Yes, banana is my favorite fruit. I will explain to you in a few words why is this my favorite fruit.
Bananas originated from Malaysia. In short time the fruit got to India and it looks like Alexander Macedon brought it to Europe. Bananas can be found in a big variety. They differ in color and taste, but the benefits and its nutrients are the same. You can find blue, red, yellow, green bananas. The taste is pretty much the same, but I can’t explain its taste through words.
I will explain some benefits that you will get if you will eat this fruit and the reason why I like it so much. Well, first of all it is its taste and texture. Because the banana has so much nutrients a human can survive only by eating bananas.
Besides vitamin C banana contain potasium that helps regulate the heart beats, prevents tension, improves the flow of oxygen to the brain and cools down the body, in other words regulates the fluids in our body.
This being said it is recommended to eat 1-2 bananas in summer time, especially when it is hot outside. Even if the banana is worm and not cold you will still be refreshed. This is better than drinking a cold soda or cold water. Due to high content of vitamn B, banans are indicated as a stress relief. Eating 1-2 bananas a day will get the tension off your back and if you eat a banana in the evening you will forget about the stressed day that you’ve had. Also for those who watch over their weight, you must know that bananas have very low fats and almost no saturate fats. Due to high content of iron they are very recommended in anemias.
It is good to know that bananas give you energy. For example two bananas can give you energy to sustain 90 minutes of exercises with the condition of eating them two hours before starting to exercises. Why is that? Because bananasĀ ferment in the stomach and if you start exercising right after you eat them you will feel bad and you won’t be able to exercise. Also, bananas are good in case of depressions. They help you forget about your worries, they will make you feel more relaxed and will help you concentrate.
How to choose the bast bananas? How do you know when a banana is ripe? When going shopping for bananas you need to know that the best bananas are those that have black dots on them. Many people chose only the good looking ones with a fresh color on them. That is wrong. When a banana has black dots on it, then you will know for certain that it is riped.
