Summer has passed but a icy cold tea is always welcomed, especially when it tastes good and it’s healthy.
Today I want to write down three recipes for delicious fruit teas.
Apple tea:
Ingredients: 3 cups of boiled water, 4 measures of tea(any tea is fine but i suggest linden tea), 1/3 cup of honey and 3 cups of apple juice.
Preparation mode: You put the tea plants in the boiled water and leave them for 3-5 mintes to infuse, this depends on the kind of tea you’re using. Pour the tea and after mixing the honey and the apple juice together add them and leave the mix to cold down.It is recommended to be served with ice.
Peach tea:
The ingredients are: the juice from 3 cans of peach sauce, 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cups of lemon juice.
This is quite simple. After you’ve prepared the two cups of tea you just mix all the ingredients together and let the mixture to cool down. You can drink the obtained potion with ice.
Raspberry tea:
This is the best tea to drink during summer time and it is easy to make, it tastes good with honey but not to sweet.
So, the ingredients are: 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of raspberry juice, 1/4 cups of honey.
It is easy to obtain this kind of tea. You just mix the hot tea with the raspberry juice and the honey and mixt them until the raspberry juice has dissolved. After that let the mixture cool down.
