Because it is the season of grapes I want to talk to you about this wonderful gift of nature.
It is known that grapes were used from early times to cure different illnesses and diseases. Nowadays rediscovering the benefits of grapes is a good thing. As I already told you grapes can cure a lot of disses and can prevent others. When you consume grapes regularly you must take into account that it is not good to exaggerate. You must not eat more then 1kg a day because you will have problems with your intestines.Also you must lower the consume of sugar based aliments when consuming grapes. So you must cut down on candy,soda,chocolate.
Along with helping your heart and regulating the tension the grapes help your liver and improves its functions maintaining it healthy and good working. So by this you will process sugar easily. Also for those of you who have weight problems and want to let go of some pounds, the sugar from grapes adds less fat to your body then the one from sweets and sodas.
It contains a lot of vitamins, the most numerous and important being A, C all the vitamins B and it also contains calcium, fluour, magnesium. There is a reason why grapes grow in the autumn. This is a cold season when colds are most frequent.Grapes are very good in preventing those colds due to high content of vitamins C and bio elements.
So it is indicated during this season to consume grapes daily and after the period when grapes grow is over you should try consuming grape juice or grape based products. Try searching for natural products. It is good to consume grapes and grape based products all the cold season until the cold season is over.

Fruits play a very important role in our lives. Before people started hunting they began gathering plants and fruits that grow on their own. So before people hunted and before they were carnivores they were first gatherers and harvested one of natures wonderful gifts.
Fruits along with vegetables play a very important role in our development and in our life. We often say that we are omnivores, so we pretty eat all kind of aliments. But some of us tend not to look into ourselves and see how we really work. Eve thought we can eat and digest meat, it is not indicated to exaggerate with it. Take a look at your small intestine. It has somewhere about 6 meters. The carnivore animals have an intestine of only 1 meter while the herbivores one have a much longer one. Why do you think we, as humans have such a big intestine? The answer is simple, we were meant to eat vegetables and fruits.
Also, if you don’t know, exaggerating with meat will make your muscles more rigid, so you will lose your flexibility.
The meat that doesn’t get digested properly and remains in the intestine will rotten up in your body!
But let’s get back to our topic. Fruits and vegetables are very important because they are our source of organic food. Our primary source of unmodified organic food. If you consume more vegetables and fruits instead of meat or other dead food or anorganic food you will live longer, feel healthier and you will have more energy.
Fruits give you more energy than sugar or sweets. This is because sweets contain sucrose that needs insulin to be processed. This need a higher amount of insulin and will give you energy for 4 to 5 hours. Also, if you eat a lot of sugar or sugar based sweets at once you can make diabetes very fast because your liver won’t be able to produce the needed insulin to process the sweets. Fruits on the other hand contain glucose and fructose. Those two need less insulin to be processed and give you energy for 12 hours because they are processed slower.
Also, fruits and vegetables stay in your intestine longer without rotting so the body can absorb every nutrient, substance, mineral and vitamin the fruit has to offer. So high content of fiber is another benefit of fruits and vegetables.
They also contain minerals, vitamins and nutrients that are useful for a healthy life. If you try to consume fruits and vegetables daily you can make a program with what to eat daily so that you cover all the needed vitamins and minerals for your body.
Fruits and vegetables can also be used in home made medicine. Easy to make, easy to use and success 100% guaranteed. And it is cheaper. You can fin a lot of recipes here on the blog. The nuts are also called the fruits of the winter. This is because they can last longer then other fruits and they help our body during winter time.
Nuts help us during winter time because they are a great source of energy and fat desaturated acids. Saturated acids are present in very small quantities that can be left untaken in consideration. So it is clear that if they give us a huge amount of energy and fat they are useful during winter time when our body consumes a lot more energy and fat to stay worm.
They have a low percent of sugar in them. Only 5-7% for old ones and 10% for fresh fruits. Containing almost 80% fat they give us a big amount of energy almost 525 kcal for 100g of fruits. So that is pretty much. They also contain vitamins like E,B and A.Vitamin B is present from 2 to 10 times more then in other fruits.
Nuts contain a big amount of fiber, 5.5 g in 100g of fruit. If you consume nuts on a regular basis you won’t have heart problems because they protect the cardiovascular system. This is due to the high contain of magnesium. But you also have to take into consideration that nuts are fruits that cause weight gain. Even if you eat them in small quantities (25-50g) due to the high content of protein,fats,vitamins,minerals, magnesium,potasium,phosfor will make you gain fat.
Nuts are also recommended if you feel tired. If so you can prepare a small energy drink from fruit juice with pulp, like apple juice,orange juice or other kind of fruits and then mix this juice with nuts and honey. You will easily obtain a great energy drink that will help you stay up and do your work or your training.

Today I want to write something about my favorite fruit. Yes, banana is my favorite fruit. I will explain to you in a few words why is this my favorite fruit.
Bananas originated from Malaysia. In short time the fruit got to India and it looks like Alexander Macedon brought it to Europe. Bananas can be found in a big variety. They differ in color and taste, but the benefits and its nutrients are the same. You can find blue, red, yellow, green bananas. The taste is pretty much the same, but I can’t explain its taste through words.
I will explain some benefits that you will get if you will eat this fruit and the reason why I like it so much. Well, first of all it is its taste and texture. Because the banana has so much nutrients a human can survive only by eating bananas.
Besides vitamin C banana contain potasium that helps regulate the heart beats, prevents tension, improves the flow of oxygen to the brain and cools down the body, in other words regulates the fluids in our body.
This being said it is recommended to eat 1-2 bananas in summer time, especially when it is hot outside. Even if the banana is worm and not cold you will still be refreshed. This is better than drinking a cold soda or cold water. Due to high content of vitamn B, banans are indicated as a stress relief. Eating 1-2 bananas a day will get the tension off your back and if you eat a banana in the evening you will forget about the stressed day that you’ve had. Also for those who watch over their weight, you must know that bananas have very low fats and almost no saturate fats. Due to high content of iron they are very recommended in anemias.
It is good to know that bananas give you energy. For example two bananas can give you energy to sustain 90 minutes of exercises with the condition of eating them two hours before starting to exercises. Why is that? Because bananas ferment in the stomach and if you start exercising right after you eat them you will feel bad and you won’t be able to exercise. Also, bananas are good in case of depressions. They help you forget about your worries, they will make you feel more relaxed and will help you concentrate.
How to choose the bast bananas? How do you know when a banana is ripe? When going shopping for bananas you need to know that the best bananas are those that have black dots on them. Many people chose only the good looking ones with a fresh color on them. That is wrong. When a banana has black dots on it, then you will know for certain that it is riped.

I’m going to write a short introduction on white tea. This plant has been use as medication for centuries but lately it has been discovered that due to high content of antioxidants it is great for fighting illnesses, reduce stress and increase energy. Also the white tea is known to be a potion of vitality.
The parts of the plant that are used to prepare the tea are the buds. That is why the white tea doesn’t have a strange taste of leaves like the green tea for example. The buds are left in a steam bath and after that they are left to dry out. This process doesn’t allow them to oxidate.
Other use and benefit of this tea is preventing cancer. It fights against cancer cells and prevents colon, stomach or prostate cancer. This tea contains a class of antioxidants that stops the cancer cells from growing and reproducing. It also strengths the bones and muscles due to high content of nutrients. People that regularly drink white tea are more stronger. It is recommended for those that suffer from artrite.
If you want strong teeth and healthy gums then I suggest you give up the coffee and start drinking white tea regularly, because this will make your gums healthier and stronger and your teeth whiter. This is due to the flour that the white tea contains.
It reduces stress and gives you energy, but it is not recommended for those who suffer from anemia otherwise said for those who have iron deficiency. If drank in high quantities it can produce the inflammation of the gastric mucosal.

Around the World many civilizations have different ways of preparing and serving the tea. Some nations took the preparation of tea and made an art of it, such example are the Japanese that have Cha-no-yu.
When preparing a tea you have to take into account many things. Starting the water, then the bole in which you will prepare the tea and finally you must note that different sortiments of tea must be prepared differently. For example the black tea is the easiest to prepare because it needs a high temperature near to the boiling point 95-100* celsius unlike the green tea wich needs a temperature of 80-90* celsius. To get to the optimum temperature after you’ve boiled the water, leave it 3-4 minutes and it will get to about 80-90 degrees celsius. If you want to cool it till it reaches 75 degrees celsius you must leave it another 15 minutes.
Also, the infusion time differs from tea to tea. For strong sortiment it is enough 1 or 2 minutes while in lighter teas you need 4 to 5 minutes. Also if you add more tea the infusion time shortens. For chinese tea sortiments a higher temperature will input a shorter infuse time.
Also, besides all of this there are two more important elements when taking into account tea. The quality of the water and the kettle. You must have good quality water to get a great tea, because the water and its hardness changes the taste and quality of the tea. Also, the kettle is very important. There are people who use different kettles for different sortiments of tea. They don’t make black tea in a green tea kettle because it can change its taste.
In the future I will explain some methods for home use, so that are simple to use and some complex methods for those of you who like to make a passion from drinking good tea.

First recipe is for an oil that can be used if you have burns. You need 10g of chamomile that you mix with 1 spoon of alcohol. After that you add 100g of seed oil. The obtained mixture is them warmed in a water bath. You put the bowl with the oil in a bigger bowl full with water and leave it to heat up for 2-3 hours. You should mix it with a spoon from time to time. After that you pour the obtained potion in to colored bottles and keep them at low temperature.
For eye washing or if you want to gargle you can make an infusion of 15 grams of chamomile flowers in 200 grams of water for 10-15 minutes. After the infusion you pour the tea and add 4 grams of boric acid. This is very good for wrinkled, irritated, congested and dry tenure. You can also add compresses.
Other fast useful recipes using chamomile are:
- An infusion of 2 spoons of the plant in 250 ml of boiled water for 10 minutes. Consume two cups of this tea a day if you have gastritis or stomach problems;
-100g of flower infused for 10 minutes in boiled water and after that you wash your clean skin and this cures a lot of skin problems and burns;
-20g of chamomile infused in 1l of water for 10 minutes and after that you should wash with this 3 times a day for irritated facial skin;
-Boil the flower for 10 minutes after then pour the tea(that can be drank) and with the flowers you can make compresses for muscle pains and involuntary contractions or cramps;
-If you’ve read above about the sun-flower seed oil with chamomile then you can do this oil then add some honey and take worm it again while mixing it continuously with a spoon. The resulted mix can be use as a skin cream or for internal use, one spoon in the morning before you eat for gastric problems.

This is an introduction in chamomile tea. This plant is very easy to find, you can find it on the side of the streets, in almost any forest or on plains along flowers and it can even grow in your back yard.
This plant has a variety of uses, I will only write a short introduction on this tea and some benefits that you can get from drinking this kind of tea.
First of all it helps stop muscular cramps and stomach cramps. I once had a problem with muscular cramps during sleep and I was very agitated and couldn’t rest well…guess what was the solution? Yes, chamomile tea. This tea is very good because it not only has internal use, but also external use. It is very good for your skin, eyes and throat. You can combine a chamomile infusion with a hot bath and you will clear your skin very well. Also for those who suffer from acne and facial rash I strongly recommend to wash your face three times a day with chamomile tea.
Liver illness can be avoided or ameliorated by drinking this kind of tea. It also helps repair scared tissue because of its compounds. If you are cold or if you have fever it is recommended to drink chamomile tea because it makes you sweat a lot, so it reduces fever and adjusts the body temperature.
If you had a stressful day or if you simply have a headache it is recommended to take 1 gram of pulverized chamomile flowers 2-3 hours after lunch. If you don’t like the tastes you can combine the pulverized flowers with some honey to add up a sweet taste.
